Automatic BLDC Motor segmented stator core heat-melt into the shell machine

This stator heat-melt machine is suitable for circular heat-melt welding into the motor shell of segmented stator cores. It is a key equipment for stator production such as brushless motors, automobile motors, air-conditioning motors, and washing machine motors. The equipment is divided into circular part, servo positioning part and hot melt part and other actuators. It adopts PLC control and is equipped with color touch screen operation, and the product specification conversion is simple. The stator melting machine is an instrument that transfers the heat of the heating ring to the welding surface of the segmented stator core heating element by the electric heating method, so that the melting surface of the stator core and the motor frame are fused, solidified, and integrated.
